امراض الدماغ

يقي الشاي الاخضر من امراض الدماغ الشائعة مثل مرض الزهايمر ومرض الباركنسون. مرض الازهايمر يسبب الخرف ومرض الباركنسون يسبب الرعاش. في دراسة تمت بجامعة مكجيل بمونتريال كندا اثبتت ان شرب كوب شاي اخضر او اسود يوميا كفيل ان يقلل من فرصة الاصابة باحد تلك الامراض.

الانفلونزا

قد يفيد الشاي الاخضر في مكافحة فيروس الانفلونزا. في دراسة نشرتها مجلة Antiviral research قام باحثون بتعريض فيروس الانفلونزا على مركب EGCG المتوفر في الشاي الاخضر وكانت النتيجة توقف تكاثر تلك الفيروسات. 

كيف تختار الشاي 

الكثير تفضل بالسؤال عن الفرق بين الشاي الاخضر الكامل وبين اوراق الشاي. طبعا الشاي كامل الاوراق اكثر فائدة والذ طعما. السبب لذلك هو ان اوراق الشاي تحتوي على اوراق شاي مقطعة لذلك فهي تتعرض للاوكسجين اكثر من غيرها وتقل فيها نسبة مضادات الاكسدة. انا اشتري الشاي الاخضر من محلين في الكويت. المحل الاول موجود في مارينا مول بالقرب من فيرجن. والمحل الثاني اسمه تي ارت ومتواجد في المثنى. 

كيف تعد كوب الشاي

 يجب ان لا يتعرض الشاي الاخضر الى ماء مغلي. افضل طريقة لاعداد الشاي هي بغلي الماء ثم تركه لدقيقة حتى يبرد قليلا ثم اضافته للشاي.

    1. معلومات روعه يا دكتور في الخمس اجزاء عن الشاي الأخضر نورتنا عن امور فعلا نجهلها عنة بصراحة… الله ينور عليك دنيا و آخره تن شاء الله
      صحيح سمعت و قريت معلومات وايد عن الشاي الاخضر بس مو بشموليه العرض لي المعلومات مثل ما حضرتك عرضتها في هالخمس اجزاء انت سهلت لنا ان نستفيد منها و نحفظها عندنا

    2. مشكورة شيماء انا بغيت احبب الناس بالشاي الاخضر واتمنى انهم يحولون عليه لان مثل ما شفنا فوائدة وايد وطعمه لذيذ ويمد الجسم بالماء, لان مثل ما لاحظت خلال سؤالي للمراجعين في العيادة ان الناس ما تشرب كفايتها من الماء
